Product Overview: PANS High-Performance Butterfly Valve

PANS High-Performance Butterfly Valve features triple or double eccentric design to minimize sealing face friction and extend valve life. Key features include:

1. RPTFE Seat Uses “RPTFE” type seat with excellent elasticity and long service life, compensating for sealing area changes due to pressure/temperature variations or wear.

2. Self-Lubricated Bushing Equipped with ultra-low friction coefficient self-lubricated bushing, reducing friction between stem and bushing for smooth operation.

3. Tangential Pin Connection Disc and stem are connected by a “Tangential Pin,” enhancing stem strength and connection reliability.

4. Floating Seat Design Unique floating seat design automatically adjusts according to upstream pressure, achieving ideal double-directional sealing and extending valve life.

5. Anti-Blowout Design Prevents stem blowout due to connection failure between disc and stem.

6. Standard Mounting Complies with ISO 5211 standard for easy connection with electric, pneumatic, and manual actuators.

7. High-Performance Sealing Meets ANSI/FC170-2 and MSS-SP61 standards, achieving bubble-tight sealing, surpassing Class Wl.

8. Easy Maintenance Parts are interchangeable, allowing on-site replacement of defects with general tools.
